It contains no phosphates, and all detergents used in the manufacture of this product are biodegradable. Zep Morado Purple Concentrated Super Cleaner is an economical cleaning concentrate that is effective at high-dilution ratios. It can be diluted with 8 to 100 parts of hot or cold water, and applied with a mop, brush, low-pressure spray, or automatic scrubbing machine. This makes it a cost-effective solution for cleaning industrial concrete floors, greasy engines and equipment, and other masonry surfaces.

For general industrial application, the product should be diluted and applied to the surface, allowed to soak for 3 to 5 minutes, and then scrubbed and rinsed with water. In cases of smoke and fire damage, the product can be diluted with 8 parts hot water and applied to soot or carbon soils with a brush or low-pressure spray, followed by rinsing to prevent the redeposition of soils.
